This year on Thanksgiving Day in Missoula there are events and activities for the whole family to enjoy while you wait on that turkey to finish cooking, or skip the cooking all together with some local restaurants that are serving up their regular menu and a traditional turkey dinner.
Free rides on the carousel from 11am-3pm on Thanksgiving Day.
This event is coordinated by Run Wild Missoula and begins at McCormick Park. Join the fun, or cheer on everyone else.
The Women's Club of Missoula is opening its doors to the public at 9am, gym and 3 morning classes will get you moving on Thanksgiving Day.
Missoula's independent theaters will be closed on Thursday but Carmike Cinemas will be open with movies for every age group.
Open 8am-7pm for their full menu, Turkey Dinner being served from 11am-7pm.
At the Burns Street Bistro - Celebrating Thanksgiving, Queergiving was created to meet a need within Missoula's LGBTQIA community, but is open to any person who has nowhere to spend the holiday Join us for dinner in a friendly and supporting atmosphere. 3pm-7pm.
Open 6am-10pm with a Turkey Dinner being served after 11am.
Opening at 11am and serving a traditional Turkey Dinner all afternoon.
